Hello, I am a new asp.net developer and I am trying to publish my web app via Azure. My project started as an Empty ASP.NET Web Application. From the empty project I then added webforms by right-clicking on the project -> Add-> New Item->Web Form. From there I edit the web form set that form as the start page and it will run fine locally on my machine by localhost.

I then published my app to Azure and everything seems successful but when I load my page I get a welcome screen with the following message. "Your App Service app is up and running.

Why I am not seeing the start page from my app. I followed the Quick Start guide and it worked out fine. What am I doing wrong where it is not initializing my first form.

In Azure Web Apps, the default document is the web page that is displayed at the root URL for a website. The first matching file in the list is used. Refer File structure on azure to know more about the files and directories on Azure Web App.
