I want to use Microsoft forms in SharePoint online site. Forms template should be available in site collection and by using this i want to  trigger mail (containing link of response )to respective users for accepting response. I should be able to put template and there URL in SharePoint library.

For put the template as a file in SharePoint library, currently Microsoft Form not provide direct way to download the file itself , so we can only save the form url in the SharePoint "Links" list.
