托管到Web App后，Weep Api非常慢 [英] Wep Api is very slow after hosted into Web App

像典型的Web应用程序一样，我们具有客户端，服务器和数据库.客户端是使用Angular设计的，与之类似的是Asp.net Web Api.两者都驻留在同一应用程序服务器计划(S2)中.

Like a typical web application we have Client, server and database. The client is design with Angular, where as Sever is Asp.net Web Api. Both are reside in same application server plan(S2).

数据库为50 DTU.目前，仅使用20％到30％的DTU.

And database is 50 DTU . Currently, only 20-30% DTUs is being utilize.

客户端看起来不错，但是每个服务呼叫请求增加到3-4秒.同样反映在平均响应时间监控器.这使我的应用程序非常慢.

Client looks fine, but each service call request is increased to 3-4 sec. Same reflected in Avg. Response time monitor. This makes my application very slow.

请问您如何解决上述问题.

Could you please suggest how to fixed the above issue.
