I am working on a project for work that involves controlling a device and saving any errors it might have onto the SD card the device will now have onboard.  I already have the commands built and how to send them to the device but I am unsure as to how to tell it to save status or errors on the memory card and not to write in the same place.  I am using Visual Studio 2008, C# language.  I am looking for tips, just something that can point me in the right direction.  Thank you
