When I am creating my first backup task in Azure Server Backup, when I check the disk space allocation, the system throws me errors that there is no space available to make the copy before uploading it to Azure, however the assigned disk it is empty.

Just to clarify, are you receiving this error when attempting to configure Protection Groups? Please do post a screenshot after concealing any private details for some more clarity. 

The disks that are added to the storage pool should not contain a partition. Delete any existing volumes on the disks. Then add them to the storage pool. Refer this document for more details:
