I have lost the Data Factory Resource without un-registering On-premise Integration Runtime.  How can I get rid of service from local machine?

You can uninstall your Integration Runtime from your local machine and choose "Yes" when asking you to clean local data during uninstallation. This action will un-register the integration from the original data factory.
