In the last week we have suddenly had an issue where on some machines, mostly machines outside of the corporate network, are not loading the sharepoint sites correctly and it seems like the master page is not loading correctly. I can be logged in on a desktop and a laptop, both running windows 10 creators update, both on the same physical network, log into sharepoint with the same account and the PC will load and the laptop will not display properly with no apparent errors showing up. Its like all the images and style sheets don't load. And when it doesn't load, it affects all browsers
