Hi Joby,

I think there is no a build-in method in WPF to do what you want. We usually build our own customer menu with ContextMenu Control when trying to show a menu by some actions.

However, if you insist on opening system menu when right-clicking a button, I would suggest you to search for some win32 API to send message  of  this system menu.
