After un installing visual basic 2010 express Beta 2 release i installed visual basic 2010 express final release and could not find he target CPU option in the compile tab of project properties. Please advise me that how could i now resolve the issue of "The 'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine" ie by forcing the application to run as x86 application??

Click on Tools...Options...Projects and Solutions (General) and make sure theShow advanced build configurations option is checked. This should allow you to see theConfiguration options on the Compile tab under the application properties.
