The schema of the content database of SharePoint is reserved by Microsoft. We are not supposed add our own tables to the SharePoint's content database.

If you need to query more than 1 table and try to perform join, In such cases create a new database and add your tables where you create your own SQL DB and then query that using web part or using BDC connection.
