I got a comment from a customer that they noticed that SharePoint allows more than one session for the same user account at the same time from deferent PC or browser.

i understand that is this by default exists in SharePoint, the customer needs an official article by Microsoft regarding this, i searched a lot but did not find one.

This is just your customers lack of understanding of how HTTP works. HTTP is a stateless protocol; there is no "session". There's no official article about Microsoft on this.
