Hi All,

Currently, I have an InfoPath (SharePoint List customized by InfoPath) form that is attached to a workflow.

This workflow sends an email based on assigned users.

The workflow works normally, once the email received has an issue when they click the encoded URL.

it keeps downloading the form.

How do I prevent the form from downloading? I just want the user to open it in browser without downloading it.

What is your absolute URL?

What is the meaning of "SharePoint List customized by InfoPath", list form or the form file saved in the library?

If you want to open the form file in browser, use query parameter OpenIn. Add "?OpenIn=Browser" to the end of the URL. Such as the following URL.

http://ServerName/sites/SiteCollection/FormLibrary/Form1.xml?OpenIn=Browser
