Hello, and thank you in advance for the help. I have 4 Lists. My requirement is to copy over all 8 fields to each Dept list from the Main HR Intake Form List. I am using content types for the HR intake form. I know I can write a workflow to copy each individual column to the Dept list but I don't believe this would be the best practice since changes get made often and a million workflows would be running consecutively.

Right now I am copying only the ID to a new field called Intake ID.  This allows me to create a relationship on the list by filtering web parts by id.
