Hi VijaySurubotla, you don't have to install anything. What App Service Plans (ASP) are you on? DaaS is only available for Basic and Standard ASP. If you're on either of those plans then you should be able to access DaaS in the Azure portal. In your app service click on the Diagnose and solve problems blade to access it.

You can also access Daas via Kudu from the Azure Portal.

1) Within your app service, click on the Advanced Tools blade which is under Development Tools

2) Click on the Debug Console drop down tab and click on CMD
