I'm using Firefox Developer Edition 63.0b13 (64-bit), and when I'm typing any key while pressing shift or alt, nothing will be written in the console. No uppercase letters nor symbols. If I'm not pressing shift/alt, I can write without problem.

另一方面，当BloqMayus处于活动状态时，我可以写大写字母.

On the other hand, I can write uppercase letters when BloqMayus is active.

按Ctrl可以正常工作.问题似乎与Shift和Alt键有关.

Pressing Ctrl is working fine. The problem seems to be related to Shift and Alt keys.

I tested this in Chrome and Edge too and both of them are working fine.

To isolate the issue further, check to see if it works fine on a different version (/or the same version) of Firefox on a different system while I perform a similar test.
