I have a list with different content types. People will upload bulk items on to the list using Datasheet View. But all items are added to default Content Type. Is there a way I can choose the Content Type while uploading bulk item in the Datasheet View mode?

Content Type column is made visible in the Datasheet View mode but while uploading bulk items it is Read Only. So, not able to choose other Content Type.

Choose the default content type by going to list settings and under content types you can choose the default one. Whichever content type is ordered as 1 will be the default content type.
