We don’t have anything specific to this particular case.  The solution would be a custom build of potentially 2 of our samples: 

1.      Serial - C:\WinDDK\7600.16385.1\src\serial

2.      Network - C:\WinDDK\7600.16385.1\src\network 

Of course, that would only apply to drivers.  So for the console side, you could utilize the samples in the SDK for both serial and socket API’s.
