I am attempting to retrieve a list of all the documents in a document library that do not have a checked in version.  I have retrieve the checked out document, but I cannot see the documents that have never been checked in.   I know this can be completed using the "Manage documents with no checked in versions", but we have 100s of sites and would like to complete this task regularly.

I am not looking to take ownership or check the documents in.  We are looking to retrieve the list and who the document is checked out to, so educate the users and have them check their documents in, so no content is lost.

I am assuming there must be away to complete this request via C#, but I have not been able to find anything.
