I have been using the Azure app service editor to build my bot application for a while now. Running build.cmd never had any issues until now.

Has anyone faced the same issue? If so, is there a way to solve it?

You may try entering the command directly in the Console available in the Azure Portal (under App Service -> Development Tools) and check if that helps.
