When I first started working in Azure I created a VM and a number of items along with that. Then a few weeks down the road I changed my mind and decided to publish our sites to app services and using sql databases.

With that being said, I am not aware of the three services you listed as being used by Azure App Services.

1. Storage account - this could be in use by your web app for three main reasons.
