I work for a client that were hit by an IT breakdown, and I have been tasked with trying to cover the files stored in their SP 2013 install. The database have been restored, and I can find the relevant tables and docstreams, but I am not sure how to regenerate a filestream / blob from this. As far as I can see, it utilizes shredded storage. Can this be done with SQL / C# somehow?
