I need - during my software instalation - programmatically put in windows task scheduler a task that 'll do it: if my software - that i'm installing - isn't running, it automatically start to run for all users logged on current machine. Exists a way to do that with the scheduler? Or another way with own windows? I need to be assured that everytime my software isn't running, it be started.

Obs: This software that i need start has GUI.
