i need help, i am trying to open programs like modio and same save editors because i like to tweak games, but every time i try to open them a debug window shows up and says:

The process id and thread id change every time i try to open the programs.

i already ran the programs as admin. and i tried the compatibility mode and nothing seems to work. I would be very great full to who ever gives me some advice. I've tried to fix the problem for two days straight and i have gotten nowhere. PLEASE HELP!!!
