I am facing a weired issue with the Crawled Properties. I am not getting the default OOTB properties like "Related Content ", "OWS_Worflowlink" in my Crawled properties under search schema. I have also done a full crawl for the particular content source.

I'm using SP2013 On-Prem with latest patch upgraded.

Per my test, only columns with values will be crawled as an crawled property. Please check if you have created an item for the list or library with columns you expected to be indexed in crawled properties, if not, add an item with valid values to the list or library and do a full crawl or incremental crawl, and the crawling is done, check the search schema again.
