We have been using Office 365 services for more than an year now. We have implemented firewall policies to allow end users access to Office 365 IP ranges (Office 365 IP ranges are obtained from this Microsoft article :

Recently we have enabled support for Modern authentication in our Exchange online tenant, Since then our outlook users are unable to connect to Office 365 services. When we do a packet trace we found that the outlook clients are trying to connect few IP addresses that are not allowed in the firewall. These IP addresses are belong to Akamai. It is difficult to trace the client connections every time and allow individual IP addresses in firewall ACL.

Is there any way i can get a list of Akamai IP ranges associated with Microsoft office 365 services so that i can allow them in my firewall?

I raised support case with Microsoft but they are unable to provide the Akamai IP ranges as they are not managing it.
