People ask this all the time, and it never makes sense. No, QT is not Quicktime. It''s a UI library. But, you know what your skills are. You know what you''re writing for ( you didn''t even say, is this to learn, is it for a class ? ). So, decide on something that seems within your abilities. If you''re learning, look at the basic apps that come with windows ( notepad, calculator, etc ) and think about how you''d write those. They are a good place to start.
