Hi,

I'm trying to create an application where all views and controls are added dynamically. This application has separate communications layer which gets all data from server to build controls. What I'm wondering is that where in Prism would that communications layer run? It should have connection to server open all the time and also it has to be usable from all views. 

How would you implement this feature?
