In SP 2013, Calendar with overlays -- is there a way it can be searched by name?

This is for a vacation request calendar, at the end of the month, the attendance coordinator verifies the timesheet off the calendar by searching each person's name. Since SP only displays 3 items on the calendar, she has to keep expanding to see the search results (via CTRL F). I was hoping there's a better way for her to search for a person, and the calendar will only display items related to this name without me creating view for each person?

The Calendar Overlays feature only works in Calendar view. And there is no build-in search in Calendar view.
