问题描述

创建规则-实例计数当CPU> = 70时百分比减少100;而当CPU< = 30时百分比减少100-启动8，最大32 ...默认8.

Created a rule - instance count percent by 100, when CPU >=70 and down by 100 when CPU <=30 -- start 8, max 32... default 8.

我预计实例数会增加8、16、32反之亦然，但是得到了:16-> 32-> 28-> 12-> 24-> 11我不确定为什么会这样， 我缺少什么吗?

I expected instances increase 8, 16, 32 and vice versa but instead got: 16 --> 32 --> 28 --> 12 --> 24 --> 11 I am not sure why this happened, am I missing something?
