I have recently migrate my website from shared hosting to cloud hosting using WordPress duplicator plugins. The actual file size is around 800MB which take a lot of time due to which server gives time out error. Is there anyway we can increase the server execution time manually?

I suggest you, increase the upload limit by specifying the "maxAllowedContentLength" property in your web.config file and see if it resolves your issue.
