All the weeks our workers create an item of a list (named Update project) and submit it to supply information about the status of their project (percentage of achievement of project). But we have 70 projects.

 I would like to create a kind of list/form or a workflow that allows me to understand if someone didn't submit the new item with the percentage of their project till a certain deadline.  I would like to look to the list and understand who updated and who not updated the list? There is an idea as below, check if it’s feasible for your requirement:

1. 使用所有需要更新项目列表的用户名创建列表.

1. Create a list with all users’ name who need to update the Project list.
2. Create a workflow in Project list which starts when an item created.
3. In this workflow, use "Call HTTP Web Service" action to loop the user name list, then compare "created by" column in Project list with "users’ name" column in user name list. If the user name is matched, update the "choice" column as "yes" in user name list to show that this user have updated Project list, and update a new "date" column in user name list with created date in Project list.
4. In the deadline, you can filter the user name list with the "date" column and choice column to find who have/not have updated the Project list in a certain deadline.
