I'm running into an issue on a pair of Hybrid Runbook Workers that keep failing to start jobs. The jobs will sit there queued until they suspend. When this happens I can see in the Microsoft-SMA/Operational logs that the machine is receiving a 403 error when connecting to the SignalR server. It seemed to be isolated to only one of the servers, but then the other one started doing it too. In order to get the jobs to execute I have to restart the HealthService on the machine, and sometimes I have to restart the entire VM. These are both brand new Windows Server 2016 builds with version 8.0.11103.0 of the agent installed. There is no proxy, but we are using Cisco Umbrella. I have the network team checking to see if there see anything. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome.
