I'm trying to write an ARM deployment template that will set a firewall up  but also allow portal access. 

Is there a published list of ip address that the portal will use in certain datacenters, or is it safe to assume that  the portal will maintain the same ip address across all data centers  ?    Currently I have  the following

Can you please provide the entry point for the configuration values you are attempting to configure in the ARM template? Just looking for code snippets for each section.

The IP addresses needed to set-up firewall and access restrictions are generally the IP address of the computer you wish to grant access control for. So, that is why I am asking for the specific sections of the ARM template you are attempting to configure to ensure you are using correct values.
