i am trying to update the AADC from 1.1.443 to 1.1.819 and when trying to configure the AADC it is throwing this error; can someone please help me figure out the issue.

Azure AD Connect will need access to couple of registry settings. As per your error logs it seems you don’t have access to the needful registry attributes. Retry the upgrade with the user who has appropriate permissions on registry. You may refer similar MSDN thread and see if it helps.
