Good day to all,

I'm greatly thankful to anyone who can help me with my problem.

1. We have a current website, created with sharepoint and also running in sharepoint server. 

2. We created a new website from asp.net using visual studio.

3. We will use the same server from the old website to publish the new website.

How can i publish our new website in the server using IIS.

I dont want to stop sharepoint server because there are other web app using it.

I just want to replace the current website with our new website but in IIS.

Anyone please.

Do you want to deploy asp.net website to the SharePoint application pool?

Per my knowledge, we need to restart the application pool after deploying the website to it in IIS.

If you are trying to deploy the website to a separate application pool (not a SharePoint application pool), it would not effect on the SharePoint server.
