Hi All,

I have taken over a project from a colleague which involves designing pages etc. within Sharepoint. Unfortunately, up until now my limitations with Sharepoint were adding documents and text.

What I am trying to do is create a page where a user can make a selection from a drop down menu (3, 6, 9 and 12 months) are the options I have added. I'd now like to create a field which shows an actual date based on the drop down they chose, using the 'last reviewed/current date' column which I have also created on the list.

Hopefully, that makes sense but if not this is what it should read logically - if the user selects 3 months (from next review drop down), then add 3 months (to the last reviewed/current date field) and display this under field Next Review Date. Then have the same calculation for 6, 9 and 12 months?

All help really appreciated.

Hi,

I have created three columns in my SharePoint list: NewReview column (drop down), CurrentDate column, NextReview column. The CurrentDate column shows current date, the NexReview column shows the current date + NewReview column value.

How I set for columns:

The formula for NextReview column is: =DATE(YEAR(CurrentDate),MONTH(CurrentDate)+NewReview,DAY(CurrentDate)).
