This is usually caused by not having a recent Full crawl.  If the page or site was originally set for anonymous access when it was first crawled then that is the security trimming that is in the Search index.  If you then change the security it requires a full crawl before the security trimming is updated in the index.  Run a full crawl and then check the sites again.  Those links should not come back in the search results.
