I'm facing an issue when some users try to upload big files to a Library in a SP 2010 site.

一切正常，当公司开始将用户从DOMAIN A迁移到DOMAIN B时，问题就开始了.来自DOMAIN A的用户可以毫无问题地将任何文件上传到站点中的库，但是DOMAIN B无法上传大文件 同一库的文件.

Everything was working fine, the problem starts when the company started migrating users from DOMAIN A to DOMAIN B. The users from DOMAIN A can upload any files without any problem to a library in a site, but the users that're in DOMAIN B can't upload big files for the same library.

小文件不会出现问题...对于大文件，在大约15秒后，资源管理器将显示"  显示."

The problem doesn't occur with small files... in the case of big files after ~15 seconds the explorer shows "This page can't be displayed."

I've tested from a computer in DOMAIN B with both users and with different web browsers:

What’s the size of the large file you uploaded?

By default, the maximum size for uploading files is set to 50 MB in SharePoint 2010.
