Do we have any official announcement on this feature, if this feature is available, can you please share some links, samples in C#.

IoT Edge modules are still not able to receive cloud-to-device messages. Please vote for the feedback below. Any update to that feature request will be posted there.

The alternative is to use direct methods targeted specifically at its identity.
