Now the problem is i need a report.

For your information. This is called as Bill of Entry Report in Commerce. This feature is not provided by tally9 as well. I got this project from a Customer. They need to send these kind of report to Custom Department(govt.)

I am not getting the Idea. Please help me.
I need this very urgently.

You need to design a table containing the individual items, their type, and the count of items. Once you have that table you can iterate through it and write your report.

You have the data in your code. You need to iterate over it and emit it in the format you provided. This is both obvious and something we can''t add to.
