目前，我们拥有一个Azure管理员帐户，该帐户具有Azure中许多选项的权利.

At the Moment we have one Admin Account for Azure which have the Rights for many Options in Azure. 

但是我们需要n个额外的用户(登录名)，该用户仅具有启用，强制执行等权限.在多因素身份验证网站中.

But we need n extra User ( Login ) which has only the Rights to enable , enforce etc . in the Multifactor Authentication Site . 

该用户应该只能处理多因素身份验证设置.

This user should only have the possibilitys to handle Multifactor Authentication Settings.

Is this possible and when yes , what is the right way to configure this in Azure ?

As of today, there is no separate Azure MFA Admin role available.
