We have had several reports from users trying to sign up for our API Developer Portal that they can never get passed the Sign Up process due to the CAPTCHA component.
They commonly receive the "Text entered does not match text on the picture" even though they have entered the "correct" text.
The audio version of the CAPTCHA is also extremely difficult to understand.
Is there any way to customise the Sign Up process to use a different CAPTCHA implementation?
I would suggest you to delete ‘Cookies’ or try accessing the site using ‘Incognito/In-private mode’. You may also try enabling external identities or OAuth. Developers can access an account and login to the developer portal by using an identity provider.
