Well, if you want to do something like that, you can't use the builtin WebBrowser control.  This control is hosted off of IE.

You would have to import FireFox Dll's and create your own managed wrapper for their COM control.  You probably need to visit some Mozilla fourms or developer resources to get started - at this point it is not yet a VB issue...
