I have build a custom list where one of the fields is a two choice dropdown. The choices are anonymous and show my name. It defaults to anonymous. The rest of the form is fairly simple, a title box and a multi-line box. If the user chooses to be anonymous I want to display the word "anonymous" on the list view. If the choose to show their name I will show their AD username. The goal here is to allow users to submit comments to a list anonymously.
