Hello All, i want to develop a app that will run in background (just like a anti-virus) and is going to manager prints... the thing is that the app is supose to manage the prints like this: when the user click the PRINT button on any other app (like word, excel, or even DOS programs) the app is going to "catch" a snapshot of the print order and put it in a database or a pdf file... can u guys help get start with it!?!? i need help with what objects to use... what documents i should read and stuff like that... tks in advance
