i have created a Test website and i have successfully deploy it on local iis server.
now i want add some pages to website and also want to change the design of login page. what would be the less and best effort to do this.

Well, re-deploy is the only option post redesign of the page to avoid any hiccups and have a smooth upgrade.

Make a back up of Bin folder.
then build your website again in VS. then update the aspx page and bin folder in IIS.
