The DNS for https://RBAdvisoryllc.com is still showing Misaligned in Qualys analysis. Since the company formerly purchase the ssl certificate from godaddy before I joined the company I rekeyed and added the certificate to the app and linked everything. Then I went in to remove the original azure domain from DNN but the scan and website sometimes still pulls the Azure certificates or the old URL's. Can you please help.

To understand the issue better, could you please let us know what specific details appear misaligned in the scan? And, are you referring to ‘Rekey and Sync’ option from the Certificate Properties page on the Azure Portal? Please do share any screenshots of the issue after concealing any private details.

The renewed certificate is not automatically bound to your app, whether you renewed it manually or it renewed automatically. To bind it to your app, see Renew certificates.

• Because of a change in GoDaddy policy, all App Service certificates issued prior to March 1, 2017 require reverification of domain at the time of next renewal (even if the auto-renewal is enabled for the certificate). Check your email and complete this one-time domain verification to continue the auto-renewal of the App Service certificate.
