Hi,

I created a webjob on my webApp (App Service) using a console App in a zip to the deployment

I do not find an option to update the webjob binaries and I have to delete it and create it again with the new binaries in zip

Is there a more eficient way to achieve the update? Any Build-Release procedures?

You may try VS tooling or CI/CD for placing your file as direct way isn’t available as of now.  All the web jobs are present at "D:\home\site\jobs", you can use Kudu file explorer for changes, but it’s not recommended in production environment.
