I am developping a Peer-to-Peer application in WCF and what i would like to know is how can I check if the Peer is connected to the cloud or still establishing the connexion. My problem is that sometimes the Peer can be alone in the cloud, this is why I can't keep sending a message to another Peer and wait for an answer to make sure that the Peer is connected or not.
