I originally started the Cloudyn trial and did not have Global Admin rights.  So I was faced with the no consumption data challenge.  I eventually attained Global Admin rights.  When I logged back in, I still could not activate my subscriptions.  So after submitting a help desk ticket in Azure and receiving no support for two days, I deleted the entire trial and started a new one.  When I logged in, all subscriptions were checked green and activated; yet I could not see any consumption data.  This was okay though because all of the base/stock dashboards that show up upon installation.

According to the FAQ: How long should it take to see Azure data in Cloudyn? (Data Refresh Timelines) it can normally take up to 72 hours for data to propagate from Azure to Cloudyn after you complete the setup instructions to Register an Azure Enterprise Agreement and view cost data with Azure Cost Management and Activate Azure subscriptions and accounts with Azure Cost Management.
